This convinced everyone that she was a viable solo act with true star power! She has never really stopped producing hits since then, and her popularity has simply continued to grow.
She was cast in several movies including an award winning appearance in Dreamgirls which earned her two Golden Globe nominations. She has most recently been named Billboard’s Top Favorite Female Artist of the Decade and Fourth Artist overall. Beyonce’s voice has surely taken her far, and she modestly thanks heaven at every interview appearance for her gift!
